non-refundable. We will not refund the fee if the
story is accepted elsewhere, but we will offer you our

The $2.00 fee
is to offset the costs of printing and paper. While we are an
online magazine, it is very difficult to read hundreds of stories on the
computer alone.
The small fee
also allows us to provide our published writers a considerable stipend,
as funds allow (ranging from $20-$50.) This is rare in
small-press/online literary magazines. In addition, great effort
is made to provide every contributor with a complimentary year-end paperback
anthology.
The two-dollar
online submission is comparable to what you pay for postage (including a
S.A.S.E.) through a mailed submission.
